Architectural Specification & Technical FAQ

What is the lead time?
Our standard manufacturing lead time is 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation. Because we operate on a strict monthly allocation model capped at ~300 tiles, we strongly advise registering your project footprint early to secure your required production window.
What are the structural dimensions and durability ratings?
Each hydraulic tile is 20x20cm and mechanically compressed to a substantial 15mm thickness, providing exceptional structural density. When properly sealed, they are fully rated for high-traffic residential flooring, internal vertical walls, and premium light-commercial applications.
What are the sealing and post-installation maintenance protocols?
Post-installation surface sealing is mandatory to protect the natural material integrity of the tile. To ensure maximum longevity and stain resistance, we recommend a commercial-grade penetrating sealer, with a routine re-sealing protocol every 18 to 24 months for high-traffic focal points.
Can the color palette and geometric patterns be customized?
Yes. We offer bespoke color-matching and custom palette development for architectural commissions. Please contact our workshop directly to submit your color references or coordinate with our technical design consultation team.
What is the commercial pricing schedule per square meter?
Plain Field Tiles: £75 per m² (excluding VAT and delivery)
Geometric Patterned Tiles: £85 per m² (excluding VAT and delivery)
